Delivery Policy

 

Bumi Kilat Management & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.myinternship4u.com"Website". By subscribing through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.



1. General

Subject to Completion Certificate availability. We try to maintain accurate successful completed interns (candidate) counts on our website but from time-to-time and there may be a Completion Certificate discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your deliveries at completion phase. In this instance, we will furnish the Digital Completion Certificate (via email) to you, and contact you via email on the delivery date of actual prints.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during postal process and is calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the Completion Certificate in delivery. Payment for shipping will be collected before the delivery process and this price will be the final price for shipping cost to the student. 

Note: 

Volumetric weight calculation (kg) = Height (cm) x Width (cm) x Length (cm) / 6000

The total combined measurement of length, width and height should not exceed 200 cm.

3. Returns

 

3.1 Return Due To Wrong Prints

My Internship 4U will happily accept returns due to wrong prints on the Completion Certificate as long as a request to re-print and deliver is received by us within 7 days of receipt of Completion Certificate via email to registry@myinternship4u.com and are returned to Suite 837 ,Level 8, Block A3, Leisure Commerce Square, Jalan PJS 8/9, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, in original packaging, unused and in good condition.

 

Return shipping will be paid by My Internship 4 U at its expense. Once re-prints Completion Certificate are received and accepted. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. My Internship 4U will re-print the Completion Certificate but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.


4. Delivery Terms

 

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipping are in transit for 2 - 7 days


4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, Completion Certificates shipped Internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier My Internship 4U have assigned.

 

4.3 Dispatch Time

Completion Certificates are usually dispatched within 14 business days of Confirmation of successful completion of Internship period. Our registry operates on Monday - Friday 9.00pm – 5.00pm during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the registry will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the postal has been dispatched. Please e-mail registry@myinternship4u.com for verification.


4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

My Internship 4U will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.


4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Please email registry@myinternship4u.com

 

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, students will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your Completion certificate, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before it has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.


8.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
